LATE/CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, you may be subject to a 50% charge of your appointment.
If you provide no notice, and do not show up for your appointment, you may be subject to a 50% charge of your appointment, and may require a 50% deposit fee to book your next appointment.
Sometimes life gets in the way, I understand, but if you are running late to your appointment or cannot make it, please contact me ASAP. If you are longer than 15 minutes late, you may be subject to forfeit your appointment. This may be considered a no show appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full appointment. (Ex: you may not receive a scalp massage, styling, haircut, etc.)

PRODUCT/RETAIL REFUND POLICY:
If you are not loving a product purchased, you can bring it back for an exchange or credit for future services or products.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY:
I do not offer refunds of services received for any reason. Please refer to my Redo Policy.

REDO POLICY:
If there is an issue with your hair after a service, I require notice within the week of your initial appointment. Upon further consultation, you may be subject to a complimentary service to fix any issues, if at all possible. These complimentary redo services must be made within two weeks of your initial appointment. After two weeks, you may be subject to a full charge of your next appointment.
